Ray and Mandi decided to get married in the Christian Reformed Church of Pease. After the ceremony we headed back to Ray’s family farm just north of Milaca. They decided to make their entrance into the reception on a horse drawn carriage. Most of my favorite photos from the wedding came from this unique experience. Horses and the western lifestyle hold a special place in my heart. After their entrance, the reception was held in the hayloft of the barn where music and dancing was about to begin after dinner. Before dancing begun, we made sure to sneak out for a quick few minutes to grab some more golden hour portraits with just a small gap of golden light that showed itself. It was the perfect wedding with such a fun and laid back wedding party.
